A selection of Gordon Sheppard’s photos from Archives personnelles his powerful work of photos of Gérald Godin taken over a period of 15 years, were used in the moving documentary film « Godin » directed by Simon Beaulieu, produced by Marc-André Faucher and Benjamin Hogue, filmed by Carlos Ferrand.  The film premiered at the Rendez-vous du cinéma québécois in February 2011 and aired on Télé-Québec, December 14 and 15, 2011.
